Why You Shouldn’t Buy Your Domain & Hosting Space From Local Bangladeshi Reseller?

After the lots of miseries and sufferings; today I am being compelled to write this post about a local Bangladeshi Domain Reseller and some other domain & hosting selling companies of Bangladesh.

You know, in these days everyone who are related to blogging world owns at-least one domain. And those who are doing several businesses online and who are running lots of blogs or websites in order to make money online; Domain & Hosting is must. Like me, most of the Bangladeshi guys initially buy domains and hosting space from the local reseller in order to get instant support by calling them. Easy payment system by Bank or Hand to Hand cash is another reason peoples here from Bangladesh buy domains and hosting from them as PayPal is not yet available in this country.

Today, I am sharing some of my experiences with several reseller domains and hosting company of Bangladesh on about their customer services.

I am basically a Blogger and own several domains and these were bought from a domain seller of BD named Compusoftbd.com (shame on them). Everything was alright unless some of my domains reach the expiry date limit. Today is a day while writing this article; one of my domains is still on expired date though I have paid more than 1400 BDT few months ago for renewal any domains of mine if any is expired. This is the real scenario of Bangladeshi domain seller. I was continuously calling the Domain Reseller to renew my site but they are not renewing my domain and even they are not receiving my phone call at all. What a service huh!

The Domain Reseller might have any problem; but he should let me know that. He might have any other urgent work; he can tell me about that. But without doing anything he turned his mobile phone switched off and not even renewing my domains. I am totally frustrated with the behavior and services of these holy shits.

Now my question is: how much their reseller business is worth? Who have no customer services and who are not even responding to their clients; I am in doubt that if they have any business ideas. They have no right to ruin my business which worth more than their rubbish, crappy domain reselling business.

I just don’t know what to do now. I know I will get back my domain eventually; but what about my visitors and earnings from that site?

Well, this is another experiences and a great learning about buying a service from the Bangladeshi domain seller and I will not do this wrong at future.

I request to all of you Bangladeshi guys that; don’t buy any domain or hosting from these newly run Bangladeshi local bustards. You better try on Godaddy or Namecheap to buy your domain. If you don’t have PayPal then try to manage one of your friends who have PayPal and then buy domain or hosting whatever you like. Don’t do the same mistake that I have done.

How To Show Up to 100 Search Results in Google Result Page?

We all know that Google Homepage only shows 10 search results if we search anything on it. This is a feature of Google which is called Google Instant. Although Google Instant is a faster browsing option for the Google users; but if you need more search results in the home page just after searching the keyword, you still have the options to choose that.

By default the Google Instant Options is kept ON and this is why Google always shows you only 10 top results in the search result page. You just need to OFF that service from your Google Search Settings page. Even, you can show as many result as you want within the 100 numbers limit. The one drawbacks of showing maximum number of Search result in one page is: it’s slower than the default options. That means; the less number of search items you show on Google Result page; the faster your searching experiences will be.

Let’s go to step by step guide on: How to show up to 100 Search Results or any numbers you want on Google Search Result page:-

At first go to Google Homepage. Look at the right upper corner where you can see a Circle Setting icon looks like below. Just click on it.
Click In the “Search Settings” option. The Search Settings page will be opened which is looks like below.
In the “Google Instant Prediction” option you will see the Instant service is ON by default. You just need to click on the “ON” button to make this “OFF”. OFF means; your Google Instant search service is currently off. However, you can change these settings whenever you want.
After turning the Google Instant Prediction Service setting to OFF, you will see that the “Results per page” options is enabled and there you can Drag the button to select which exact results you want to show on the result page. You will have the options to choose from 10 to 100. By dragging that button to 100 means, whenever you search something on Google, the result page will show the top 100 results.
At last, save the settings you have changed by clicking on “Save” button by scrolling down to the setting page. Now enjoy your newly set-up result options to show 100 search results in the single result page.

Cautions: The more results on page the slower your results will be showed. So, my recommendation is to stick on the default Google Instant option unless you need it for further researching on your own business. You can track your project performance with the issue tracking software

My New Year’s Resolutions | Things I Have To Do | Goals I Have To Achieve In 2012

The year of 2011 is about to pass. It’s time to flash back through the whole previous year and reminding the odd shits and good memories to evaluate what I have achieved already and what should have done but didn’t yet. It’s time to plan for some fresh resolutions with my life and everything that I am planning to do at New Year.

Things I Haven’t Yet Been Accomplished At Last Year

In this ShamimNasir blog; I published a post about my New Year resolution at the beginning of 2011. Most of these plans haven’t yet been accomplished as I was not too much serious about it. It’s not because I had no wish to make these things happen; but I was too lazy to take action. Shame on me! Anyways, I have found some major failure or un-achievement last year. It’s very much tough to accumulate everything in a post; but some major mistakes have been noted down as below:-

Not being updated with the present social media. It happens to me and to my websites/blog too. At the middle of this year; I lost hope of getting social media traffics for my blogs and at some time I deactivated all of my social media profiles to stay completely anonymous on virtual world. Which was a big mistake as some of my blogs lost their Ranking on SERPs due to being absent in some major social media that most of the top Search Engines like most in these days.
I had a plan to make some Niche Sites solely for making money. I knew what the methods to make money from internet but I didn’t give it a try. That means; the whole plan was demolished due to my laziness or lacking of the dare to take instant action. You know, you can’t dream for thousands of Dollars without taking a single action.
I had a plan for writing more and wasting less time on bizarre things on net; but I did all the unnecessary things that wasted my time and killed lots of valuable time. You know, time is money now a day.
Wanted to achieve more skills on Programming, Web Developing, Graphic Designing, Affiliate Marketing or lots more but none of these have been accomplished properly. It’s not because I didn’t have enough time; but it’s all about absence of proper willingness to complete a task at proper time. I know, I didn’t take a single initiative to let the task to be accomplished.
Made lots of faulty decisions with my life, my family, my career and some other personal stuff.
Chosen some awful friends (?) on my virtual life. A very great mistake that I would never forget. How a good time can be turned into Hell; I just had been noticed. Although; it was a great learning for my life…..but I would like to enlist this matter into my fails list as this wasted a lot of time and it taught me how to misbehave with a people which I never expected and didn’t do with anybody else before.
I had the resolutions to say 5 times prayer each day no matter how difficulties I would face on. But, I can’t remember how many times I have missed to offer my prayer to almighty Allah just for my laziness or lacking of good will. Alas!
Had wished to get myself admitted in a University for taking the MBA Degree; but didn’t take it. I was unsure about my career and education life. Huh!

My Top 10 New Year’s Goals & New Things I Have to Do This Year

Again, I am planning to have some awesome resolution for this new year of 2012. At this time, I am more serious about my New Year goals and more conscious about the failures of my previous year. Hope; everything would be fun to do and enjoyable to work with while taking action is a matter.

Have to diversify the income stream. It’s not only on the online money making streams; but also in some offline properties. I have to invest some of my money to any business where no online activities will be required. And in the sense of online money making; I have to look for some new opportunities to monetize my online properties. No matter what the initial return of a new ideas and not how they are paying; but I would like to give it a try. I want to make money online from as much way as I can afford. If I am to take any risky decision; if I am to spend some money or if I am to buy some online apps/software to accelerate my thoughts and task, then I will definitely go with it. Will think like a professional and be like them. Whenever new ideas will be raised on my mind; I will instantly take action to turn that idea into my money making machine. That’s it. The ideas may be aggressive; but I would like to be. There is no way to get me seat on the last bench of a Class.
Need to be more active on some forum that I have already chosen and be more regular on some pages online which would be great source of my passive income. I will not waste a single minute in doing some bizarre things online; rather I will pass my every minute to learn something new and will implement these instantly.
Got some new social media using concepts and to walk in the same road beside of the Search Engine’s continuously algorithms & ranking updates I will implement all the tricks and tips that I have already learned and still researching.
Will make my sites an Authority in its current marketplace and customers. Will take initiatives to make these as a BRAND too.
Lots of new business ideas are currently making buzz on my brain. Just need to turn these buzzes into reality. Have to work a lot to run these ideas on my virtual space.
No more childish thinking; no more laziness; no more wasted times.
Will try to get rid of some bad habits like Cigarettes.
Will offer my five times prayer. It’s not only for me but also for the Creator who have created us beautifully to live in this amazing world.
Lots of things to do for my Parents, my siblings and my friends too. Will be more cooperative to my relatives and surroundings.
Will try to be a good friend, a good blogger, a good brother, a good officer, a good boy, a good mentor and most importantly a good Human Being.

Badminton | A Seasonal Games in Bangladesh | My First Day

Today, in front of my Officer’s Club I firstly started my seasonal Badminton Games with some other colleagues and stuffs. Usually Badminton isn’t played in Bangladesh unless it is winter. Most of the peoples of Bangladesh love to Play Badminton in the winter season in order to warm up or removing laziness of evening.

It is worth mentioning that Badminton is not my favorite game at all. I love to play Cricket and Football though I don’t have enough time to play these games now. I left playing games when I came to Tangail (a district of Bangladesh) for studying in Textile Engineering. Later, the hope of playing almost gone whenever I came to Dhaka for Bachelors Degree. You know, Dhaka is a over populated city where it is very much tough to get a place to play any games where the participants are more than 10 or 11 that is occurred in Football or Cricket.

Well, as I was in mess where some job holders were stayed with me, I didn’t get any chance to play with someone.

This is the second time I am passing my winter in Khulna. First time I wasn’t too much familiar with the peoples of the Job Arena where I am doing my job now. But this time I know all the peoples around me and I felt comfortable to play with them.

Okay, let’s see what happens today while I was playing Badminton. At the first match, I was totally nervous and wasn’t played well. It seemed after a long time I am playing anything. Well, from the second match I was started to play comparatively well than the first match. However, every after match I had to drink water. J

I played more than 3 matches and seemed injured in the right arm. Right waist and right arm is paining now. Hope tomorrow things will be okay and I will play well again.

This is a great browser I have ever used for its awesome features and availability of the plugins that makes our web browsing experiences easier and faster than ever. Another important thing is that, Firefox is the most frequently updated software which is being updated every after several months with the solution of newest security problems and issues. This is why we all love Firefox as our main Internet Browser.

Sometimes we need to format our Computer’s Hard Drive due to errors in Operating Systems or needs to change the user experiences. How One Year Has Been Passed From My Job Life at BJMC | The Goods & Odds

On this same day of previous year, in the 20^th September of 2010, I started my Job journey as an Assistant Manager (Production) at Bangladesh Jute Mills Corporation (BJMC). After passing one year at BJMC, today at 20^th September of 2011; I sigh and simultaneously I smile. My sigh is prolonged for something and my smile is for some achievement that I have achieved.

Lots of memories, lots of cut-pieces of the job, the goods, the beautiful and the odds are vigorously trying to come out as I am writing this post. And enormous life cherishing moments is also there which made my life Happier so far.

BJMC is a self governed Corporation of Bangladesh Government and a profit-oriented organization which is led by the Co-coordinating department of Govt. As I was studying in Textile Engineering Dept. I didn’t have any wish to do a Job as a Government Employee. Because it is said that; to be specific it is we all knew that, getting a Govt. related job while studying in any Textile Engineering related education, it’s tougher than imagination to get a Govt. Job in Bangladesh as there is no scope for employing students in this field. This is because, though the Textiles and Apparels are the top earners amongst others which are earning the foreign currency for Bangladesh, most of the sector is being maintained and conducted by the private company and organizations. There is a Corporation of Bangladesh Govt. named Bangladesh Textile Mills Corporation (BTMC) which is basically paralyzed now for the continuous corruptions and ill-maintenance of the Corporation itself.

I had no intentions to get a governmental job in any govt. institute; but whenever I heard about BJMC I felt my heart is beating. I don’t know why; I am sure it wasn’t something about the passion you people say, maybe it was something which seemed to me a bit relaxed and well-positioned job than others job available in this contemporary Textile Job market. You believe it or not; I even didn’t take any preparation until it was the last day of submitting the Application for the written test. I remember, somewhere over the net, I shared my previous story of how I nominated and what was the first day feelings about BJMC Job. It was as funny as like; I took my written exam preparation on just the night when the exam will be held at morning. I downloaded the Math books of Class 7 & 8 from Internet and practiced until 2 AM. Luckily I passed the written test. On the day of Viva I was little bit nervous but confident as I know Allah is always with me and had some experiences to face ViVa panels.

After getting appointed by BJMC, I posted to the Crescent Jute Mills which is located at Khalishpur, Khulna. I sent there as an Assistant Manager for the Production side. Eventually I reached at Crescent Jute Mills and started to stay at the Officers Mess.

Now, this part of writing is for everything that is why this post title tells so:-

Life becomes twisted every time on its way. Sometimes life shows us the twisting with the good things that are worth cherishing and sometimes it compels us to face the odd twists that are thoroughly unexpected and sometimes it pains too. At the very first day, when I and some of my colleagues (we were recruited by BJMC for the same position) reached at the Banglow (the Officer’s Bachelor Mess); the first twist was initiated from one of my friend. My friend was recruited here by BJMC for 1 more years ago than me and he was staying at this Mess. I called him several days ago before I came to the Mess that I am coming. Well, everything was all right so far. Things seemed guilty when he sent us to the Guest Room to stay (which was producing odor of dead insects). Though, his room has two other seats which were totally empty and no ones were staying there; he didn’t request or even ask me to take a seat on his room. He thought, if I asked to have a seat for sleeping that night; I might not want to leave the room. Alas! What a mean minded guy he is. It was cruel, it was very diplomatic and it was hurting me.

Well, next two days were passed by processing some management issues which introduced me how poor the management of a Government Organization can be. It is as slow as tortoise and I couldn’t bear my patience; however I had to control myself as I was a new employee there.

Then posted to a mill in the CBC Unit. I there realized how much cruel and mean-minded a man can be with having higher education. This kind education just sucks the systems……….huh! I just hate it. Gradually I was started to learn how peoples become benefited by downing the newly recruited guys with applying their black strategies. I saw how a Manager can be sold for 1 packet of Cigarette. I learned how a Lie can boost up one’s reputation no matter what he really did. It’s everything about Jute Mills guys………but who can say this kind of crap doesn’t happen in any other institutions or organization of Bangladesh?

Oh! Yes……….I hadn’t got any room yet. I can’t remember exactly that, how many times I went to the chamber of the Administrative Manager to get a room. Every attempt was failed. Eventually, I managed a seat (not room) for me sharing with one of the colleagues of my department. Here, I learned another lessons. I realized how much selfish a guy can be. A big lesson.

I saw the domination attempts. I saw the kicking down one by pulling own. I saw chicanery everywhere and even in their bloods. Days are passing by…..its going………going…………..I am also being suited.

Corruptions are no matter here. Peoples are being corrupted, Organizations are being corrupted and simultaneously our beloved Bangladesh is being poor. No one to see it. Even the highly officials are co-operating on this continuous corruptions. Alas! I am a Baby here….just learning how to walk in the rugged way.

With the days passing, I am being introduced with new peoples, new employees and having new colleagues. I met some awesome guys in this craps……….these were really awesome. They are helpful, friendly and co-operative.

This is how life plays with us………..and this is life. Being a stoned concrete from the soft flower’s leaf is the process that life never forgets to teach us. Being rude and extremely harsh from the very calm and soft raw is only possible if you just start your life in a way like me. Sometimes life seems meaningless and sometimes it worth the meaning of living. A great puzzle……..man!

If I analyze the days and times I have passed here in Jute Mills; I should say, I am happy. I am happy because now I know what the life means. I know how to walk in the rugged way even when there is nobody beside you. Now I know what I should do at future and on which things I should concentrate upon. I know how many classes of peoples are around me and how to treat them. That’s it.

My last words are: no matter what the situation you are passing by, only Almighty Allah can assist you as he sent you to fall in this situation. And what he does; is good for us- the human being.
