Web Browsers Comparison | Is Firefox Better Than Internet Explorer

In this digital era everybody are using Computer & Internet. And you know, the door of Internet is opened by the Browsers.

So choosing a correct browser is a very crucial thing for your safe & faster internet life. We people generally use either Firefox or Internet Explorer. Some of the peoples however have started to use the Google Chrome.

In this post I will give you a clear concept on which browser you should use. As I love the Firefox browser I will make some logic on “Is Firefox better than Internet Explorer?” I will compare this between Firefox and IE because maximum peoples still use these two types’ browsers. However, the popularity of Google Chrome is also booming up due it’s some exclusive features. Don’t worry…..I will tell you these features (Google Chrome) in another post.

So buddy, we should start the comparison now. Shouldn’t we?

I will elaborate these by step by step.

1. Security:

Have you noticed about the “Microsoft Corporation” who just confessed about the sloppy security of IE itself? Personally I am very much scared about the IE because the last day my facebook account was hacked. Usually I don’t use IE but for what I don’t know I used the IE on that day. And the result is “I am hacked”. Besides, I have been using Firefox last 1 years but none of my account was phished, hacked or cracked. So if you prefer the security of your documents and surfing information you should choose the Firefox.

2. Pop Up Images or Pages:

It’s really a big deal of you if you are searching a clear, fresh, free-knot type web surfing experience. Suppose you are looking an information in a web page but a pop up image or tiny page is poped up and blocked your information, what the hell will you feel like? If you use the Firefox, POP UP will be automatically blocked. Because, the pop up blocking is set by default in Firefox. If you see it is unblocked then go to your browser tools menu. Then go at Option and put a tick ( √) mark on the radio button of “Block Pop Up Windows”. Then you are fixed now. So, why not you should switch to Firefox today?

3. Extensions or Add-ons:

Add ons is the things which make your browsing experience more flexible and easier and customizable. There are a lots of add-ons have been made out for the Firefox by various programmer and still new addons are producing according to the user’s needs and satisfaction. Internet Explorer has also the Extensions services but their collection is not so much huge like the Firefox. So it may be the ultimate answer of the question “Is Firefox better than Internet Explorer?”

4. Frequent Updates:

Firefox developers are all-time trying to provide the timely needed updates. They find out the recent crimes, worms and hacking tricks to make protective codes for these threats on the firefox’s new update. And this is the reason I like the Firefox most. And irregularity of this feature (un-frequent updates) the IE are loosing the reputation and becoming more vulnerable for the dangerous various computer & internet related threats.

5. Browsing Speeds:

This is the advantages that the peoples always looking for. I want to tell you one thing from my experience. You will never ever return back to the IE or Other Browsers if you ever use all of the features of Firefox. Firefox web browser is 2x times  speedy than the Internet Explorer. So you can undoubtedly use the Firefox as your default browser.

Unlike these, there are some other matters that you may consider to choose a browser for you like flexibility of tabbed browsing, loading time etc.
