Why The Changed Things of My Blog Themes Are Not Showing Instantly

Recently at last week I was so much worried about thinking that; there might have something wrong with my blog theme or wordpress script. Even, I thought my blogs might have attacked by any virus or malicious scripts. The reason of thinking so is- whenever I change something on my blog like adding page, menu bar changing, header customization and whatever I did, it shows no result just after changing it. if I see on the screen, I found nothing has been changed. It looks like before what it was. . I used to check my blogs on different browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, but it remains same as before.

But, after a long time, minimum half and hour it shows the changed things in the browser

So, what was the main problem? And how I have been able to get rid from it?

Actually I use the “WP Super Cache” Plugin on all of my blogs. WP Super Cache is a plugin which is used to make static cached pages of all the pages of the blog and whenever the page is requested to be hit by the visitors, WP Super Cache shows the visitor a static cached page; so every time the visitors comes to your blog or website, will be showed an pre-built static html page. So your blog pages don’t have to send the heavy PHP request at every time. And ultimately your blog or website speed will be higher.

That is why, when you change something on your blog, it takes some time to be cached properly by the WP Super Cache. So, it does take some time to show you the changed result.

So, if the WP Super Cache is installed in your blog or website; there is an easy solution for you which will show you the updated changed result without being delayed.

1. Just go to your dashboard and open the “WP Super Cache” tab from your Settings Option.

2. Now, Check/select the button of “Don’t cache pages for logged in users” like the image below.

Updated Change is not showing Instantly

3. Update your status.

4. You are done!

From now, if you change something you will be able to instantly see the updated result in your screen!!!

But remember, the visitors who will come to your site instantly; they are not logged in users. So, it’s better to clear the cache and history of your browser in this case.

You can also simply clear the browser cache. All users aren’t logged in, some are returning visitors, they may also face the same problem due to the browser based cache system. Clearing browser cache will immediately help.
